The approved estimate becomes the invoice. The customer opens a link, sees what they owe and pays by card. No account, no password.

Questions about invoicing
How is this different from emailing a PDF?
The customer opens a secure link, sees the invoice and pays by card without creating an account. The payment lands on the invoice.
Do you support deposits and progress payments?
Yes. One invoice holds the deposit, any progress payments and the final balance.
What about customers who pay by check?
Record the check on the invoice. It counts toward the balance like any other payment.
What are the card processing fees?
They depend on the payment method and your connected account. Ask us for the rates that apply to your setup.
